Complete the IRB application in the electronic submission program, iRIS. Assistance with the application process can be found under Assistance with iRIS. In addition, use the detailed Application Guide for specific information about each question on the application.
The iRIS program can be difficult to navigate. Using the step-by-step guides in the HELP menu within iRIS is strongly recommended. Short tutorials have also been provided there for supplemental assistance.
